Project Overview:
SACO focus on building an advanced simulator for the training of State security forces and bodies, armed forces, and generally any civil or military organization, at national or international level, in cyberdefence exercises. This advanced simulator is built with the aim of facilitating the acquisition of knowledge and capacities in prevention, defense and recovery techniques versus cyberattacks in a cooperative manner.
The role of NICS is mainly to develop a platform for deploying attacks in a virtualized scenario, which is managed from a control station in order to provide a realistic scenario in which a student can learn how to react to attacks and/or how to drive attacks to a specific system.
