The objective of the Smart and Secure EV-Urban Lab project is to provide the University of Málaga campus with a secure vehicle charging and smart cities energy management pilot infrastructure. This infrastructure will become the seed of an “urban-lab”, which will facilitate the research on new ideas and innovative concepts for the management of sustainable mobility. To achieve this goal, this project will focus on the following contributions:

Deployment of multimodal and bi-directional intelligent charging points for electric vehicles, with support for the acquisition of sensor data.

Integrate the authentication infrastructure used in the University of Málaga with the charging point infrastructure.

Design of a secure platform for processing, sending, storing and visualizing data related to the electric vehicle charging infrastructure and its sensors.
